My first house

My thought is true that buying a house is not as easy as compared to buying a car. A lot of procedures here and there make the process more complicated. Moreover, it is a second hand house. Procedure to change house name, utilities and all that.. Alhamdulillah i manage to get through almost half of the procedure now..Done with S&P and now waiting for loan approval..Hopefully everthing goes well until the end of process..insyaAllah..I dont have firm plan yet, on what i am going to do with it..whether to rent it..or renovate for self stay..But most probably for self stay..if thats the case, so its time to think of renovation..have to save money for it..More money to go.. :D
